Additionally, production authentication for Steward login services was restored, marking a significant milestone for platform accessibility.

Apps Infrastructure & Deployment

• Enabled APPS_DEPLOY_ENABLED on staging and automated daemon arming scripts to eliminate manual SSH intervention (elizaos/eliza#8406, elizaos/eliza#8397, elizaos/eliza#8398).
• Enhanced security by centralizing tenant DSN retrieval and routing environment file operations through sudo (elizaos/eliza#8404, elizaos/eliza#8405).

Database & Resource Management

• Resolved a critical leak where deleted apps failed to drop Postgres instances or release cluster slots (elizaos/eliza#8401).
• Improved Terraform stability by fixing lockfile issues and introducing a one-shot workflow to clear orphaned state entries (elizaos/eliza#8402, elizaos/eliza#8400).

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Increased reliability of the agent warm-pool decision engine by adding 50 characterization tests (elizaos/eliza#8403).
• Refined local runtime state management and reduced noise by suppressing debug log spam (elizaos/eliza#8263).
