The project made significant strides in architectural decoupling today, successfully migrating agent server routes to a plugin-lifecycle system and implementing robust, typed error handling for LLM provider configurations across all core repositories. Additionally, the team achieved a major milestone in mobile development by enabling full local agent execution on Android and completed a foundational migration of the cloud infrastructure to a Vite SPA with Hono Workers.

🚨 Needs Attention

• Build Configuration Issues:
  • elizaos-plugins/plugin-telegram#28: Investigation needed into why the tsup configuration is failing to emit the ./account-auth-service subpath export.
  • elizaos/eliza#7210: A missing claude-code-stealth.mjs preload file is causing reference errors in dev-ui.mjs.

✅ Completed Work

Architectural Decoupling & Backend Refactoring

• Standardized the agent server by migrating hard-coded routes to the plugin-lifecycle system, reducing coupling between core and app packages (elizaos/eliza#7204, elizaos/cloud#7204, elizaos-plugins/plugin-anthropic#7204, elizaos-plugins/plugin-telegram#7204).
• Cleaned up dangling imports and re-export shims to ensure a stable build state across the monorepo (elizaos/eliza#7202, elizaos/cloud#7202, elizaos-plugins/plugin-anthropic#7202, elizaos-plugins/plugin-telegram#7202).

Cloud Infrastructure & Mobile Expansion

• Completed the migration from Next.js to a Vite SPA with Hono Workers and prepared for Cloudflare cutover (elizaos/cloud#484, elizaos/cloud#487).
• Enabled full local agent execution on Android via the new MiladyAgentService foreground service (elizaos/eliza#7172, elizaos/eliza#7205).
• Ported image generation handlers to R2 storage and normalized OpenRouter model IDs for better analytics parity (elizaos/cloud#489, elizaos/cloud#486).

Runtime Stability & Messaging

• Introduced NoModelProviderConfiguredError to replace opaque errors with actionable feedback when LLM providers are missing (elizaos/eliza#7203, elizaos/cloud#7203, elizaos-plugins/plugin-anthropic#7203, elizaos-plugins/plugin-telegram#7203).
• Optimized Telegram read receipts by implementing efficient ID-based fetching (elizaos/eliza#7009, elizaos/cloud#7009, elizaos-plugins/plugin-anthropic#7009, elizaos-plugins/plugin-telegram#7009).
