* **Enhanced Developer Experience** - Major CLI overhaul with improved environment variable handling, better prompts, and auto-installation of required AI model plugins
* **UI/UX Refinements** - Completely redesigned agent cards, chat interface, and settings panel to match our new design specifications
* **Production Security Controls** - Added `ELIZA_UI_ENABLE` environment variable to toggle web UI availability while keeping API endpoints accessible
