## 🎉 v2 Release Incoming with Massive Plugin System Enhancements!

The ElizaOS framework is on the verge of a major transformation with v2 (also known as Eliza 1.0.0) release right around the corner! This week, our incredible community made substantial progress on plugin architecture, CLI improvements, and critical bug fixes that will make the upcoming release our most powerful and user-friendly yet.

### 🔧 Technical Highlights:
* **Plugin System Revolution** - Added support for third-party plugin installations with improved Git repository integration, supporting both HTTPS and shorthand formats (#4568, #4577)
* **Lightning-Fast Agent Loading** - Dramatically improved performance when dealing with multiple agents, making the system more scalable than ever (#4519)
* **CLI Command Enhancements** - Upgraded the `elizaos agent` CLI command with better JSON output and file saving options, plus improved character option parsing (#4560, #4583)
* **Database Intelligence** - Added comprehensive integration tests for database operations and implemented per-project database directories for better isolation (#4518, #4423)
* **Twitter Timeline Integration** - New timeline.ts module handles bot interactions with the Twitter timeline, with configurable engagement settings (#4429)

### 👥 Community Contributions:
* @samarth30 delivered "Jimmy," a powerful project manager agent with significant AI capabilities (#4471) - a perfect demonstration of what advanced agents can do on ElizaOS!
* Community members contributed to documentation internationalization, with new Indonesian README translations (#4485) making ElizaOS more accessible globally.

### 🪙 AI16z & auto.fun Updates:
GitHub integration for the ElizaOS homepage (eliza.how) is actively being worked on, which will streamline the developer experience for building and deploying AI agents that can interact with blockchains, including auto.fun. The v2 terminal will allow direct interaction with AI agents like "ai16z" and "degenai."

### 🔮 Coming Next Week:
With v2/1.0.0 on the horizon, we're putting the final touches on our improved character definition system, Discord integration fixes, and comprehensive documentation updates. The team is also working on AI-powered documentation summarization and video generation with Remotion for creating AI news shows with visualizations!
