Provides inscription functionality to engrave Eliza Character JSON files on the blockchain permanently through IQ6900's "Code-In" standard.

Edit your .env file to include IQ_WALLET_ADDRESS with the wallet address used on the website.

## Integration

The plugin automatically loads your latest agent file from the blockchain after inscription (wait about 5 minutes after inscription and type "pmpn start").
