### Security Enhancements

- Critical encryption bug for character secrets was fixed to ensure correct order of operations
- Security vulnerability addressed where process.env was being stored in unencrypted settings instead of settings.secrets, exposing sensitive data like private keys and API keys through public endpoints
- Vulnerability affected versions 1.6.4 through 1.6.5-alpha.8 and was fixed in commit a1941c643bd904fbca7890296af0d1f8b8f67ee1
- Security audit was conducted using Claude AI agents, generating comprehensive reports with findings
- React Server Components vulnerabilities were discovered and addressed

### Technical Improvements

- Comprehensive TypeScript build errors resolved across multiple packages including api-client, client, core, plugin-bootstrap, plugin-dummy-services, plugin-sql, server, and cli
- Fixed broken types, tests, and missing try-catch blocks after cleanup work
- Database duplication issues in version 1.6.5 were resolved
- Secrets management improved to prevent duplication
- SQL errors in plugin-twitter fixed
- Backend integration issues resolved including Image/Video Tab Functionality, landing page Enter key event redirection, Clone your crush feature, and Stripe Checkout billing redirection

#### Jeju Testnet Deployment
- Shaw deployed Jeju testnet, a new Layer 2 solution enabling cross-chain liquidity pools without requiring token bridges
- Users can utilize elizaOS tokens from Base, BSC, Optimism, Arbitrum, or Ethereum as gas on Jeju
- System deploys nodes for major L2s to eliminate RPC dependencies

#### Eliza Cloud Integration
- Major pull request opened to integrate Eliza Cloud
- Added MCP plus A2A service starter
- Tightly integrated CLI and starter projects
- Work continued on server streaming functionality and cloud-side streaming

### Plugin Ecosystem
